We celebrated Children’s Day for all students including KIK students on Friday 27th May 2016. We hired a Balloon Maker and the students had so much fun with the different balloon designs (rabbits, guns, swords, flowers, crowns, etc.). After that the students went to their respective classrooms and did some creative arts & crafts. We had an Art competition and the three best in each level received a certificate.
The students from Year 1 upwards were also very excited for a fun filled day. First they watched a special show with local dancers, a magician, and balloon maker. They then enjoyed special Angry Birds Cupcakes and juice with their lunch. After lunch they munched on popcorn and watched movies, just like they were at the cinema! After their final break time they had a great time dancing in the hall. Students were able to choose their final activity for the day which was either sports or arts and crafts. Overall it was a very successful event and the students enjoyed their special day.
All of our students received their Children’s Day gifts from the KinderWorld Board of Management.
