KIK@ SINGAPORE INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL, VUNGTAU – ANUALLY FAMILY & SPORTS DAY
KIK@ Singapore International School, Vung Tau held its “6th Family & Sports Day” on Thursday10th of October, 2019. This event took place in the Multi-Purpose Hall. We opened the event with a Prep student entering with a flame followed by each level around the hall. The leaders of each year level held a different coloured hula-hoop to represent the Olympic Rings. What a spectacular sight it was! This was followed by the Dance/Exercise competition where our 3 judges had quite a tough time choosing the best. The 3 judges in attendance were: Ms Jill, Mr Zeus and Mr Gene. While the judges were trying to finalise the score the teachers had their activity. It was so much fun for the students to see their teachers & co-teachers participating in activities too. It was then followed by novelty races like going to market, scooter board – wheelbarrow, blindfolded yoga ball and obstacle course. Lots of parents attended and participated in the parent & child races. After all the activities it was the moment everyone waited for – Awards Time. We prepared gifts for each team in the dance competition. Third place: Nursery & K1, Second Place: Prep L & G and First Place: K2G & L. We had hand-made medals for first, second and third place winners as well as parent & child races. At the end of the activity all students left with medals whether it was 1st, 2nd or 3rd. The event was a huge success and enjoyed by everyone.
